How Our Vulcanization Transfer Labels Work

  1. Wrap: The continuous roll of pre-printed automotive labels is spirally wrapped onto the uncured rubber hose.
  2. Cover: The hose is then wrapped with water cloth or nylon as per your standard curing process.
  3. Vulcanize: Inside the autoclave or CV line (typically 140°C–160°C), the heat and pressure activate the transfer ink, bonding it permanently to the rubber matrix.
  4. Peel: After cooling, the carrier film is smoothly peeled away, revealing a clean transfer with easy peel-off and zero residue.
