How Our Custom Layline Printing Works

- Cover: The hose is then wrapped with water cloth or nylon as per your standard curing process.
- Vulcanize: Inside the autoclave or CV line (typically 140°C–160°C), the heat and pressure activate the transfer ink, bonding it permanently to the rubber matrix.
- Peel: After cooling, the carrier film is smoothly peeled away, revealing scannable barcodes with clean transfer and zero residue.
