Our Automotive Hose Marking Tape is engineered exclusively for integration during the high-temperature vulcanization stage of automotive rubber hose manufacturing. This is not an adhesive tape applied post-production. The marking design is printed with specialized transfer inks onto a release film, which is wrapped directly around the uncured hose before vulcanization. Under heat and pressure, the ink permanently fuses into the rubber surface. After curing, the release film peels away cleanly—leaving a durable, inseparable marking that withstands extreme automotive conditions: high temperature, oil exposure, vibration, and abrasion throughout the hose’s service life.
Rubber automotive hose marking tape are created by printing the designed label pattern onto plastic release film using imported transfer ink. The printed release film is directly affixed to the rubber hose surface and vulcanized. During vulcanization, the ink automatically transfers from the release film onto the surface rubber of the hose. After vulcanization, the release film can be peeled off. The label design remains permanently on the hose surface. Our hose labels range in width from 8 to 40 mm, with thicknesses ranging from 20 to 100 microns. Resembling narrow tape, they are wound into rolls and packaged in rolls of approximately 300 to 500 meters each.
