Products Details

FLLabels manufactures premium tire curing labels supplied in individual sheets. Designed specifically for new tire manufacturers and retread tire operations, our pre-printed vulcanization transfer labels feature custom specifications precisely printed on a specialized high-temperature carrier film. We offer two flexible application methods to match your workflow: hot stamping transfer at 150°C for 10 seconds, or co-vulcanization with the tire at 130°C-170°C. After the process, the carrier film is easily peeled away without leaving residue, leaving a clean, durable marking for complete tire traceability.

The Industry Challenge: Common Failures in Tire Identification

Mold Contamination from Film Residue

When the carrier film fails to release cleanly during co-vulcanization, it leaves sticky residue on expensive tire molds. This affects tire appearance and requires frequent, costly mold cleaning downtime.

Ink Carbonization under High Heat

Standard inks cannot withstand the thermal load of the curing chamber. The markings may carbonize (turn black and unreadable) or completely degrade during the 130°C-170°C curing cycle.

Wrinkling and Barcode Distortion on Curves

The inner liner and sidewall of a tire have complex curvatures. During bladder expansion, standard films may wrinkle, making barcodes unreadable by MES scanning systems.

Two Application Methods for Tire Curing Labels

Our pre-printed individual sheets offer flexible application methods to perfectly match your tire manufacturing or retreading workflow:

Method 1: Hot Stamping Transfer (150°C / 10s)

Using a specialized hot stamping machine, the label is quickly transferred onto the tire surface at 150°C in just 10 seconds. This method is highly efficient and ideal for retread tires and post-curing identification.

Method 2: Co-Vulcanization (130°C-170°C / 10min-2h)

The label is applied to the uncured tire and cured simultaneously with the rubber. It withstands 130°C-170°C for 10 minutes to 2 hours, achieving permanent molecular bonding with the tire compound.

Core Advantages of FLLabels Transfer Technology

  • Clean Transfer & Easy Peel-Off: Our specialized carrier film ensures the film strips away effortlessly after vulcanization or hot stamping. No tearing, no residue, and no secondary cleaning required.
  • Vivid Colors & Clear Printing: Using premium imported inks, we deliver sharp, vibrant, and highly saturated colors that remain crisp, glossy, and legible after high-temperature curing.
  • Strong Ink Adhesion: The ink formulation is strictly tested to cross-link deeply with the rubber matrix, ensuring the marking will not peel off when scratched or bent.
  • Full Customization: We offer custom sizes and layouts, supporting single, dual, or multi-color printing, as well as embossed/debossed effects to meet your exact branding needs.
