Film & Ink Preparation

Hose labels must transfer cleanly during vulcanization, so we use imported film substrates and inks specified for curing heat and rubber compounding. Incoming film and ink are inspected for coating, thickness, and color consistency, then formulated to the job. Mixing and batching follow the order sheet so shade drift and press failures are caught before the web goes on press.
