We check the customer’s artwork before any plate is made: file format, layout size, color separations, and barcode or QR readability. Color proofs are matched to the approved brand colors, then precision plates are produced so logos, laylines, and specification text stay in register through high-speed, multi-color printing. This keeps mass production stable from the first roll to the last.
